Program overview

Will you get bored or reach a fitness plateau in our program? No way!! For maximum results, we are constantly changing up our style of training, in order to confuse your muscles and keep your mind and body guessing from week to week. We strive to teach our campers the benefits and fundamentals of proper exercise and diet, to avoid injuries and follow a healthy productive lifestyle. Our program is similar to a Crossfit style workout routine but without Olympic weightlifting. Classes are geared to be more suitable for all fitness levels, ages and gender. FFA Boot Camp is a four-week, outdoor fitness program with classes available to you Mon-Thurs.

This is not your typical boot camp experience. Classes are conducted outdoors in the fresh air of Marin County and every class provides an engaging motivational workout that includes hands-on encouragement, peer group camaraderie and the best MUSIC any fitness program has to offer.
