This Boot Camp is not your typical outdoor exercise experience: FFA Boot Camp classes consist of Cross Training/Cardio exercises for all fitness levels including cardio boxing, functional resistance training, Bosu ball training, battling rope exercises and most importantly, core/stability training. All this, while having FUN and listening to the best MUSIC any fitness program has to offer.
